An absolutely incredible evening hosted by Katie. Not only exceptionally talented but kind and patient with us all- one of the best teachers I’ve ever come across. I squeezed on the course at the last minute and am so pleased I did.
The setting was elegant and attractive and beautifully laid out on our arrival.
Katie was a relaxed and friendly hostess and a very approachable teacher. She took us as a group through each stage of the calligraphy journey at a clear and manageable pace, then gave personal encouragement to each of us as we tried to practice it for ourselves.
I recommend this course to others for a stimulating and enjoyable experience.

What a fabulous afternoon we had with Katie on Saturday!  My niece and I both received a voucher for Christmas and so it was lovely to attend this elegant experience together. The set up was really special and Katie is such a delight. She made the two hours seem like an entire afternoon in such a nice way. Katie is very attentive and the class was a great balance between her demonstrating a technique and us copying it. She would come around to each of us to help and encourage us to take our practicing to the next level. My recent experience taking the beginner calligraphy course was absolutely fantastic.

Everything had been thought out to ensure it was comfy and welcoming for everybody; from personalised name cards with stunning calligraphy, to hot and cold drinks and a gorgeous slice of cake.

Katie was so knowledgable, helpful and kind. She really managed to focus on our strengths and get everybody writing words by the end of the 2 hours.

It was a perfect way to spend an evening; my partner and I left absolutely thrilled and will be returning for another course in the future.
